April 30, 1921: Established as Xinhua Public School Naba Branch
March 31, 1923: Renamed to Nalin Teaching Site
April 1, 1941: Renamed to Beixin Branch
April 1, 1942: Became independent and renamed as Beixin National School
December 1, 1945: Renamed to Xinhua Township Second National School after Taiwan's retrocession
December 2, 1946: Renamed to Xinhua Township Naba National School
August 1, 1952: Established Jiaokeng Branch (became independent on August 1, 1962)
August 1, 1962: Renamed to Xinhua Township Naba Elementary School
December 25, 2010: Upgraded and renamed to Xinhua District Naba Elementary School
April 21, 2017: The construction of the second building and the comprehensive renovation of the campus completed
March 10, 2021: The construction of the covered basketball court completed
